About this scheme
What TP 4-B-2 means for buyers
Draft scheme — extends Phase-2 residential plotting and adds village-buffer cells around legacy gamtals.
Always cross-check the official scheme PDF against your Original Plot (survey number) before booking. The redistribution map will tell you exactly which Final Plot you are entitled to and which zone it falls under — that determines what you can build there.
