By using https://dholera.ai (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit an enquiry.

The Site is operated by DHOLERA RESEARCH VENTURES LLP and helps people discover plots, projects, TP maps, zones, villages, and related guides for Dholera Smart City (Dholera SIR), Gujarat. We may introduce you to an advisor, owner, or developer when you enquire.

Unless we sign a separate written mandate with you, browsing or enquiring does not appoint us as your exclusive broker, does not create a sale, lease, or investment contract, and does not make us a party to any deal you later close.

Listings are aggregated from owners and partner builders for information only. Dholera.ai is not holding itself out as the RERA-registered promoter of every project shown. Buyers must independently verify title, NA status, RERA registration (where required), layout approvals, and payments with their own lawyer and the concerned authority before committing funds.

Prices, plot sizes, availability, maps, survey numbers, and zone colours can change. Treat them as a starting point for due diligence, not as a warranty.

TP scheme maps, zone pages, village pages, survey-record lookup, blog posts, and history articles are provided to help you research. They may lag official DSIRDA / authority publications, contain gaps, or be simplified for the screen. Always cross-check the latest government plan, 7/12 or equivalent extract, and sanctioned drawings.

When you submit a callback or listing enquiry, you confirm the details are accurate and that we may contact you on that number (and email, if given) about Dholera property. We try to respond during published hours; we do not guarantee a call at a particular time.

WhatsApp chats are subject to Meta’s terms as well as ours. Do not send original documents, OTPs, or payment screenshots in a first message.

• Do not scrape, bulk-download, or republish our catalogue, maps, or survey data without written permission.
• Do not attempt to access the admin area, other users’ data, or our APIs except as the public Site intends.
• Do not submit false enquiries, spam, or malware.
• Do not use listing photos or copy as if they were your own marketing without the owner’s and our permission.

The Dholera.ai name, site design, original writing, and compiled catalogue are ours or used under licence. Project photos and layout plans may belong to the relevant developer or authority. You may share links to our pages; you may not copy the Site wholesale.

The Site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for investment losses, missed plots, reliance on a map or price, third-party WhatsApp or hosting outages, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for a claim arising from the Site is limited to ₹5,000 or the amount you paid us (if any) in the previous three months, whichever is higher.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence where the law so requires.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection forum that applies to you.
