High Access Corridor
The High Access Corridor (HAC) runs along the city's widest arterial roads — including the Central Spine — and is permitted the densest mixed-use development in the SIR. Best suited to flagship retail, anchor offices, showrooms and hospitality with high visibility and direct frontage onto the spine.
