Dholera.ai (“we”, “us”) is a Dholera Smart City property advisory website operated by DHOLERA RESEARCH VENTURES LLP, an LLP registered in India. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), DHOLERA RESEARCH VENTURES LLP acts as the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this website.

We collect personal data when you choose to give it to us, and limited technical data when you browse the site.

• Enquiry and callback forms: name, mobile number, optional email, budget range, message, and the listing (if any) you were looking at.
• WhatsApp: if you tap a WhatsApp button or share a listing via WhatsApp, we record that action (which button, the pre-filled or shared message, and the listing if you were on one) as an enquiry in our lead inbox. Meta/WhatsApp then receives the message and your chat. We then see whatever you send us in that conversation.
• Analytics (anonymous): pages viewed, referrer, campaign tags such as utm_source, approximate device/browser, and a random visitor/session ID stored in a first-party cookie. Analytics events are not designed to include your name, phone, or email.
• Google Analytics 4: the same kind of usage data, processed by Google with IP anonymisation enabled on our tag.
• Server logs needed to keep the site up (for example, to rate-limit abuse). We do not store raw IP addresses in our analytics event records.

We do not knowingly collect data from children. This site is meant for adults exploring property in Dholera SIR.

• To call or message you about listings that match what you asked for.
• To keep a record of enquiries so our advisors can follow up and not lose your request.
• To understand which pages, maps, and listings people use, so we can fix broken flows and improve the catalogue.
• To protect the site against spam, scraping, and fraud.
• To meet legal, tax, or dispute-related duties if they arise.

Submitting a form is your consent to be contacted about Dholera property on the phone number (and email, if given) you provided. You can withdraw that consent any time by emailing us.

We do not sell your personal data. We use service providers who process it only to run Dholera.ai:

• Cloud hosting and database providers to store enquiries and site content; Google Analytics 4 for marketing analytics.
• Vercel to host the website.
• WhatsApp / Meta when you start a chat from our buttons.
• Cloudinary for listing and brand images — not for your enquiry form fields.
• Our advisors and, where needed, a partner owner or developer — only to respond to the listing you asked about.

Some of these providers may process data on servers outside India. We use them because that is how the site is hosted and analysed today.

We use a first-party cookie (and localStorage) named around dh_vid / dh_sid so the site can tell a returning browser from a new one for analytics. Google Analytics sets its own cookies when the GA4 tag is loaded.

To opt out of our first-party analytics, you can set localStorage key dh_track_opt_out to 1 in this browser, or email us and we will note your request. You can also use Google’s ads/analytics controls and your browser’s cookie settings.

Enquiry records are kept for as long as we need them to follow up, avoid duplicate callbacks, and handle a later complaint — typically up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or an active dispute.

Anonymous analytics events are retained for operational reporting and then deleted or aggregated. Exact windows can change as we tune storage cost and usefulness.

Subject to the DPDP Act and other applicable law, you may ask us to:

• Confirm whether we hold personal data about you, and access a copy.
• Correct data that is wrong or incomplete.
• Erase data we no longer need to keep.
• Withdraw consent for marketing / callback follow-up.

Email dholera.ai@gmail.com from a reachable address and include the mobile number used on the form so we can find the right record. We may need to verify it is you before changing or deleting data.

We use HTTPS and access-controlled admin tools. No website is perfectly secure. Do not send original title documents, OTPs, or payment credentials through the public enquiry form.
