Knowledge & IT zones are reserved for IT parks, ITES SEZs, R&D campuses, universities and skilling institutions. Lower setbacks and higher FSI vs. residential, with infrastructure tuned for redundant power, dark fibre and high pedestrian density. Expected anchor tenants: services exporters, GCCs, semiconductor design and product engineering firms.

- Skill-development centres and incubators
- Allied amenities (food courts, conference halls)
FSI, building height and setbacks are governed by the DSIR Draft GDCR. Numbers update over time — confirm with the latest revision before building.
