How TP maps work
How to read a Dholera TP map
Step 01
Find your scheme
Dholera SIR is split into 16 statutory sub-schemes (TP-1A1 → TP-6A) plus the Lothal heritage frame. Pick your scheme from the index — each one shows villages, stage and dominant zones at a glance.
Step 02
Locate Final Plot (FP)
After Town Planning redistribution, every Original Plot (OP) is reissued as a Final Plot (FP). Investors trade on the FP number — you'll find yours marked on the official scheme PDF, usually inside a red boundary.
Step 03
Confirm zone & permitted use
The colour your FP falls under decides what you can build — residential, industrial, knowledge-IT and so on. Tap a zone chip to read its definition, FSI and permitted uses.

How many TP schemes are inside Dholera SIR?
Dholera SIR is split into 16 statutory sub-schemes (TP-1A1 through TP-6A) plus the separately-managed Lothal heritage frame. The Activation Area sits inside TP-1 and TP-2 — that's where trunk infrastructure (roads, water, power, drainage) is being delivered first.
What is the difference between Draft, Preliminary, Final and Sanctioned TP?
A scheme is first published as a Draft (intent + boundary), then upgraded to Preliminary after public objections, then Final once DSIRDA approves the redistribution, and Sanctioned once the state government notifies it. Buyers prefer Preliminary or later — that's when FP numbers stabilise.
How do I find my Final Plot (FP) number?
Open the official scheme PDF (linked on every scheme page) and locate your Original Plot (OP) — typically your survey number. The TP redistribution map maps that OP to one or more FPs, normally outlined in red. We also help match this on WhatsApp if you share your 7/12.
Do these maps show the official DSIRDA scan?
Phase 1 of Dholera.ai shows a brand-coloured visualisation that highlights each scheme's dominant zones, plus a direct link to the official DSIRDA PDF on every scheme page. We're tiling the official high-resolution scans for deep-zoom viewing in a follow-up release.
Where can I download the official Dholera TP scheme PDFs?
DSIRDA publishes the finalised TP schemes at dholera.gujarat.gov.in/finalised-tp-schemes. We mirror the link on every scheme page so you always go to the canonical source for legal verification.
