Strategic Infrastructure
Strategic Infrastructure zones are reserved for non-tradeable city-wide systems: water treatment, sewage and ETP plants, gas, telecom backbones, transport interchanges and civil-defence reservations. Mostly held by public authorities and not part of typical investor inventory.
