The City Center zone is the planned CBD of Dholera SIR — designed for the highest commercial density inside the region. Expect mid-to-high-rise towers, large-format retail, hospitality, financial services and Grade-A office stock. Plot frontages here connect to the Central Spine and the broadest arterial roads.
