The airport is planned inside the SIR, near the first area being built, not on a far edge. Plots that are actually near it sit next to both that first built-up zone and the flights. Plots that are only “in Dholera” do not.
Why an airport inside the city is a big deal
- Warehouses, repair shops, hotels, offices and houses collect around a working airport. That is the pattern, not a slogan.
- Flights shorten the trip for the factories Dholera is trying to attract. A truck to Ahmedabad does not do the same job.
- An airport is a long, expensive project. It is harder to cancel than a brochure promise. The opening month is still not fixed.

- Do not pay extra for “airport” if the plot is far from it. Measure the distance on the ground.
- Hold for years. Airport-led prices do not arrive in a few months.
