• Premium plots (★) will not be held.
• Choose either BPC or Upfront Discount — one plan only. Corner, park-touch and facing plots are on the Upfront Discount plan only.
• BPC: full plot payment in 3 parts within 90 days of booking; if any condition is missed, BPC is not given on the remaining amount.
• Upfront Discount: full plot payment within 90 days of booking, else base sale price applies.
• Present and future taxes, as applicable, are borne by the buyer.
• Cancellation: 50% of the amount paid is forfeited. Any refund is paid after the company resells the plot and realises that amount; the buyer agrees to wait without litigation.
• If plot payment is not received within 6 months of booking, the company may cancel and resell without written permission.
